The Director of Quality is responsible for overseeing and leading all quality-related activities within the manufacturing operations, ensuring that products meet the required standards, compliance regulations, and achieve customer satisfaction. The role includes strategic planning, process improvements, quality control systems implementation, and team leadership to promote continuous quality improvement. The Director will work closely with various departments, including production, engineering, supply chain, and customer service, to foster a culture of quality throughout the organization. COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $175,400 – $263,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
