The role leads a global team across the USA and India and requires on-site presence in the US. You will drive the operating model, turn data into insight, and empower teams to move from feature delivery to outcome ownership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Operations or PM roles.
• 3+ years leading teams or large programs.
• Experience with global teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the product operating cadence from discovery to delivery.
• Build a single source of truth for product data and analytics.
• Improve delivery predictability across domains with release coordination.
• Own the customer value chain from contracts to realized value.
• Lead global Product Operations across the USA and India.
