Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Director of Data Center OT Security to define global strategy and governance for securing Google’s physical and operational data center infrastructure. You will lead an organization to identify and mitigate enterprise‑wide cyber and physical threats across critical systems, aligning with Technical Infrastructure and engineering teams to build secure architectures at scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in technical infrastructure, ICS/SCADA, or cyber security engineering.
7 years of experience in executive leadership, managing teams.
15 years leading technical security programs, risk governance, or critical infrastructure engineering.

Responsibilities

Define and direct multi‑year security architectures, risk quantification models, and defense‑in‑depth frameworks for global OT systems.
Establish governance mechanisms and executive accountability across GDC, Cloud CISO, Corporate Engineering, and PSS to deliver unified security architectures.
Build, scale, and inspire a global organization of technical managers, engineers, and program leaders.
Serve as the principal advisor to business and engineering executives on emerging OT, cyber, and infrastructure threats.
