Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in technical infrastructure, industrial control systems or cyber security engineering with 7 years in executive leadership
• 15 years leading technical security programs, risk governance, or critical infrastructure engineering organizations
• Executive leadership across multi-year security strategy and large-scale OT/IT environments

Responsibilities

• Define and direct multi-year security architectures, risk quantification models, and defense-in-depth for global OT systems and critical facilities
• Establish governance across GDC, Cloud CISO, Corporate Engineering, and PSS for unified security architectures
• Build and scale a global organization of managers, engineers, and program leaders with a culture of technical excellence
• Advise executives on OT, cyber, and infrastructure threats and drive multi-year roadmaps and investment strategies
