Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience negotiating and drafting contracts.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Knowledge of commodity categories and sourcing best practices.
• Proven leadership with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across direct and indirect categories to drive value and cost optimization.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Sourcing team with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations, engineering, legal, finance, marketing, and product development to align sourcing with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through digital solutions, automation, Lean, and market intelligence.
• Oversee project prioritization, governance, performance metrics, and reporting for successful execution.
• Support new product development by engaging suppliers early to ensure quality and supply continuity.
