Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 12+ years of software, platform, or enterprise engineering experience, incl 5+ years leading managers.
• Proven track record building and scaling engineering teams with standards and rhythms.
• Experience delivering engineering solutions for supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or operations.
• Strong background in modern enterprise architecture (distributed systems, data pipelines, cloud-native).
• Experience modernizing legacy, vendor-heavy, or highly integrated systems with build/buy decisions.
• Ability to partner with Product, Design, Data, Operations, and business leaders for outcomes.
• Experience leading multi-domain engineering portfolios with competing priorities.
• Understanding of supply chain performance drivers (OTIF, inventory, capacity, throughput).
• Proven ability to develop engineering leaders and navigate complex org dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the supply chain engineering team and end-to-end product capabilities.
• Own engineering capacity, talent strategy, and investment trade-offs.
• Translate priorities into durable technical capabilities across planning, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Partner with product leadership; involve engineers early in discovery.
• Establish standards for reliability, deployment, cycle time, and observability.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve productivity and decision quality.
• Align roadmap and platform priorities with business leaders.
