Job summary

HCLTech seeks a Director - FDE (Global) in the USA to lead global staffing, drive deployment quality, and oversee transformation engagements. You will coordinate with Geo Leads and mentor FDE engineers and pod leads to ensure world-class delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 12–16 years of AI/cloud leadership, experience with customer-facing teams, and a strong enterprise architecture background, enabling successful cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• 12–16 years leading AI or cloud engineering teams.
• Experience running customer-facing engineering organizations.
• Strong enterprise architecture and transformation background.
• Ability to manage tech and business consulting pods.

Responsibilities

• Run global FDE staffing and rotations for the organization.
• Manage utilization and deployment quality across projects.
• Lead embedded client transformation engagements for customers.
• Coordinate FDE staffing with Geo Leads and cross-region teams.
• Coach FDE engineers and pod leads to improve delivery.
