Job summary

HCLTech seeks a Director - FDE (Global) in the USA to lead global staffing, drive deployment quality, and oversee transformation engagements. You will coordinate with Geo Leads and mentor FDE engineers and pod leads to ensure world-class delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 12–16 years of AI/cloud leadership, experience with customer-facing teams, and a strong enterprise architecture background, enabling successful cross-functional programs.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $200,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $240,000 per year
