Job summary

Avis Budget Group seeks a Director of Product Management for Customer Experience and Contact Center Technology (Global) to shape the strategy and delivery of CX technologies across the contact center ecosystem. This role partners with senior leaders to drive an integrated CX product portfolio and modern agile operating model.

Based in Parsippany, NJ, the role leads cross-functional teams across engineering, design, analytics, and delivery to accelerate value, improve customer and agent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of product management experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience in contact center technologies and customer experience platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global product strategy and roadmap for contact center technologies.
• Establish and lead cross-functional pod teams across CX capabilities.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams to drive end-to-end customer and agent experiences.
• Own full product lifecycle from discovery to continuous improvement.
• Drive strategy across platforms including CRM, CDP, knowledge bases, agent workspace, and integrations.
