Squire Patton Boggs seeks a visionary Global Director of Legal Innovation to lead the development and execution of the firm's worldwide AI and innovation strategy. You will work with the AI Committee, executive leadership, and practice groups to drive adoption of transformative technologies and improve client service delivery.

The role emphasizes governance, change management, and strategic partnerships across our global platform, including remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

Leadership of AI and technology-driven transformation initiatives in legal services or similarly regulated environments.
Experience guiding enterprise-wide initiatives across large, global organizations.
Ability to translate complex technologies into practical business value.

Responsabilités

Develop and lead the firm's global legal innovation and AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI and automation across legal practice areas and business operations.
Advise firm leadership on technology trends, opportunities, risks, and investment strategies.
Establish and maintain a strategic roadmap for innovation initiatives and AI adoption across the firm.
Collaborate with practice leaders and various departments to embed innovative technologies into workflows.
