Global Director, Human Resources Data Operations

The Global Director, Human Resources Data Operations is responsible for end-to-end, day-to-day enabling HR technology support and governance processes in a global HR Data Operations environment. This role ensures best-in-class support services are delivered to all countries, platforms, and associates, leveraging key enabling HR technology platform and process expertise.

This position is part of the Corporate HR Technology Operations organization and will be a remote role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the HR Tech Operations leadership team with roadmap design and implementation of all enabling HR technology, excluding Workday Human Capital Management System (HCM).
  • Act as a strategic advisor/partner for enabling HR technology platforms (non-HCM).
  • Collaborate with the HR Tech Operations leadership team to prioritize non-HCM initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Partner with HRIT to support end-to-end process for all enabling HR technology including associated policies and vendors.
  • Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of all HR enabling technology.
  • Partner with HRIT to support the standardization, integration, and automation of enabling HR technology platforms, processes, and information management.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the enabling HR technology platforms (non-HCM) and processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field; a Master’s degree in an applicable field is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in HR technology platform support and process management in a Shared Services environment, with expertise in HR automation including self-service, AI, and ML.
  • Subject matter expertise in Workday HCM, ServiceNow case management and workflow automation, and support for integrated platform vendors (ADP, Fidelity, Alight, Phenom, etc.).
  • A self-starter with a strong understanding of HR processes.
  • Process-driven, data-driven, with excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Global leadership experience, including managing multi-region teams and influencing diverse stakeholders.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

This is a remote position. Additional details about remote work arrangements will be provided during the interview process.

The salary range for this role is $172,000 - $218,000. This range reflects the current estimate of possible compensation and may be adjusted in the future. The role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
