Celestica is seeking a hands-on, high-velocity Director of Design Center Operations & End-User Services to lead frontline IT service delivery, endpoint engineering, and site support across global hubs.

You will guide a team of 17+ technical specialists supporting RDL networks, Zero-trust security, and lab infrastructure to accelerate engineering productivity and release velocity. This role demands deep cross-site coordination and strategic ITSM governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT service delivery or site support leadership within hardware/software-intensive org.
• Experience managing multi-site or global teams (10+ technicians)
• Developer-focused environment support for engineers and researchers
• Deep familiarity with native Linux, Windows, and macOS deployment frameworks
• Exposure to zero-trust/endpoint security tools and privileged access management
• Solid knowledge of physical lab/network maintenance and vendor relationships
• Proficient with ITSM platforms and data-driven ticket analysis

Responsabilités

• High-Touch Engineering Support & Service Delivery across multiple sites.
• Oversee Endpoint Management and Security, including Linux/Windows/macOS environments.
• Manage Global Design Center IT operations in NA and Asia.
• Provide R&D Lab physical support, cabling, and lab maintenance.
• Oversee vendor relationships and local hardware lifecycle.
