Job summary

Alimentiv, a global CRO focused on GI therapies, seeks a senior leader to oversee the execution of full-service clinical trials. You will drive operational planning, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration across sponsors and regions, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery while advancing strategic goals.

As part of the senior leadership team, you will mentor staff, optimize resource allocation, and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree + minimum of 10 years related experience OR College diploma/degree with 15 years related experience.
• Deep CRO industry experience with full-service project management leadership.
• Phase II experience required; Phase III highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for global execution of full-service GI clinical trials, including project management and project finance.
• Lead operational planning, budgeting, and risk management across departments.
• Mentor and develop Clinical Project Operations staff, ensuring adequate staffing and resources.
• Represent operations in client meetings and business development discussions.
