Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5 years in relevant field including 2 years of managerial experience.
• Experience supervising, coaching and evaluating professional staff.
• Proven success recruiting, developing and retaining volunteer leaders.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for ASU Alumni Association's global volunteer network.
• Lead, coach and develop staff responsible for volunteer engagement and chapter operations.
• Provide leadership to hundreds of alumni volunteers worldwide with training and resources.
• Build a sustainable leadership pipeline through recruitment, onboarding and recognition.
• Establish governance practices and performance expectations across the network.
