General Motors (GM) is seeking a Dimensional Global Process Lead within the Global Supplier Quality organization. You will serve as the global SME responsible for developing, deploying, and governing dimensional manufacturing requirements and supplier quality standards across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years automotive experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, maintenance, or supplier quality.
• Demonstrated knowledge of dimensional manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading technical projects and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences without direct authority.
• Demonstrated ability to travel up to 75% domestically + internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Global Process Lead and subject matter expert for dimensional manufacturing processes within Supplier Quality.
• Develop, deploy, and continuously improve global dimensional manufacturing requirements, standards, auditing methods, and best practices.
• Lead and develop a global network of Regional Leads by driving capability development and alignment.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and training to Regional Leads, Supplier Quality Engineers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive global alignment and consistent execution of dimensional process controls and supplier quality expectations.
• Support containment activities, root cause analysis, corrective action development, and implementation of sustainable quality solutions.
