Job summary

Nike is seeking a Global Digital Marketing Lead for Kobe Brand and SNKRS in Beaverton, OR. This 10-month contract role drives global digital and social strategy, connecting consumer journeys across Nike-owned platforms and off-platform experiences.

You will lead two parallel teams, shaping digital strategy, coordinating launches, and partnering with Global Brand, GEO Digital Marketing, and Creative to deliver cohesive storytelling and marketplace moments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in digital marketing, brand marketing, integrated marketing, e-commerce, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to translate brand and business strategies into consumer-facing digital plans.
• Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders across more than one team, against competing deadlines.
• Experience and expertise in building decks in Keynote.
• Ability to communicate effectively throughout a matrixed organization and ability to present to peers and leadership.
• Deep understanding of digital consumer behavior, modern digital platforms and social trends.
• Experience working in basketball, footwear, sneaker culture, streetwear, entertainment or youth culture.
• Passion for basketball and an understanding of Kobe Bryant's impact on the game and broader culture.
• Understanding of basketball culture and the Kobe consumer, and of sneaker culture, launch moments and the SNKRS consumer.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of distinct global digital marketing plans for Kobe Brand and SNKRS.
• Translate brand priorities into digital consumer journeys and channel plans.
• Ensure connected, evergreen consumer experiences across campaigns and product launches.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Global Brand, GEO Digital Marketing, Global Creative, and agencies.
