Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in international development or a relevant technical area with substantial digital health experience.
• Ten years of work in digital health with overseas exposure in multiple regions as advisor/manager.
• Experience with national digital health infrastructure and health information systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work in cross‑country contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead CIHS strategy design, standards, tools, and capacity building for country teams and governments.
• Provide technical guidance on design, deployment, scale-up, interoperability and governance of digital health solutions.
• Support proposal development, project design, staffing guidance, and milestone planning.
• Oversee capacity strengthening, training, and knowledge management for digital health initiatives.
