Job summary

PATH is a global nonprofit dedicated to achieving health equity. The Diagnostics Program at PATH conducts research and development, technical evaluation, introduction, and technology transfer of low-cost, rapid, novel, and easy to use diagnostic tests that are appropriate for use in developing country health systems.

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to provide administrative and programmatic support. The role will support a variety of diagnostics related projects and special initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience required.
  • Experience in nonprofit administration, global health, or international development is helpful.
  • Experience coordinating calendars and events across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Strong formatting, editing, and proofreading skills; excellent written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production and distribution of proposals and reports.
  • Schedule and attend team meetings, draft agendas, and provide summaries.
  • Maintain project records, electronic files, trackers, and permissions.
  • Draft and proofread documents using Word and Excel.
  • Track action items and dashboards; support milestones and deliverables.
  • Assist with travel, teleconferences, and complex scheduling using Outlook.
  • Coordinate arrangements for guests, meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Collaborate with staff to research and gather information for proposals and reports.
