Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for several Summer Intern positions within the Global Development Organization. The positions will be considered hybrid on-site in Pennsylvania or New Jersey locations.

As an intern, you will gain practical experience across project planning, regulatory submissions, data analytics, and cross-functional teamwork, with a 12-week program starting May 24, 2027, and ending August 13, 2027.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Candidate must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at the time of internship and not graduating during the internship.
• Must have completed at least four college semesters before start date.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Available to work 40 hours/week during the internship.
• Ability to provide own transportation to local sites.
• Ability to self-manage housing needs.

Responsibilities

• Support Global Development projects for a 12-week duration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Clinical, Regulatory, Data Science and Operations.
• Engage in mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities within the assigned team.
