HP in the United States is seeking a System Manager for Desktop Workstations to lead a global cross-functional team in planning, designing, and launching new Desktop Workstation products and options, driving program success across PM, design, engineering, supply chain, and service.

You will shape product lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets and schedules, mentor staff, and push for customer-centric solutions while improving HP's efficiency.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in CS, engineering, business, or related field.
• Typically 7–10 years in engineering development and management.
• PMP or similar project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Manages and leads a program with global cross-functional teams for new desktop workstation products.
• Plans and executes product lifecycle with cross-functional alignment on scope, schedule and budget.
• Develops schedules, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans for assigned programs.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and safety practices for new products.
• Communicates progress to stakeholders and leadership; drives improvements as needed.
