Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking an IFRS Reporting Manager to lead external financial reporting under IFRS, coordinating global processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role partners with Controllership, Technical Accounting, SEC Reporting, FP&A, and external auditors.

The ideal candidate has a CPA, 5+ years in public accounting, and strong IFRS knowledge, with multinational experience and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Responsibilities

• External Financial Reporting
• Prepare and review annual IFRS financial statements, disclosures, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate the global financial reporting process and ensure timely completion of reporting deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS reporting requirements and company accounting policies.
• Maintain disclosure checklists and support the continual enhancement of financial statement disclosures.
• Assist in the preparation of board, audit committee, and executive management reporting materials.
