Job summary

• Run multi-site infrastructure programs as lead TPM.
• Make sequencing calls between competing projects and enforce them.
• Program reporting trusted because it has been right.
• Built and led TPM teams.
• Bonus: data center deployment programs, hardware supply interface, program tooling, executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run the deployment program across all sites: schedules, dependencies, and escalations in one view.
• Own cross-site resource and sequencing decisions when parallel builds compete for the same teams.
• Build the program reporting leadership runs on: real dates, real risks, no weather forecasts.
• Lead the TPM team covering per-site deployment programs.
