Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the local deployment team across functions for the Unity Program. You will ensure staffing, monitor resources, and support continuity before, during, and after implementation to achieve successful go-lives.

The role requires 5+ years of large-project PM experience, exposure to global software release programs, and a PM certification is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience with large projects as a Project Manager.
• Experience with global programs related to software release and deployment is beneficial.
• Project Management certification highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Establish the local deployment team across functional and business areas.
• Ensure effective staffing and resource monitoring throughout deployment.
• Support the local deployment to ensure business continuity and service stability.
• Own Project Management governance, execution control and adherence to program standards.
• Own overall business readiness and service operations continuity.
• Be accountable for Project Management & Governance and for Quality & Compliance within the Deployment Implementation Team.
