Job summary

KBR is seeking an Ashore Operations Manager in Jacksonville, FL to oversee overseas ashore-based site contracts for the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program. You will manage maintenance, supply services, and logistics, ensuring compliance with contract SOW, safety, and quality standards.

You will lead budget execution, personnel support, and policy development across international sites, travel as required, and coordinate with stakeholders to sustain readiness and mission success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years in logistics and operations management, preferably in a military or defense environment.
• Secret security clearance required due to sensitive equipment and operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to overseas locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage accountability, readiness, and sustainment of overseas prepositioning sites.
• Coordinate task order deliverables in support of MCPP planning and execution.
• Oversee budget execution and resources for overseas prepositioning sites.
• Develop and enforce safety, environmental, and quality procedures and compliance.
• Prepare technical reports and coordinate personnel in report development.
