Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Specialty Teams Dentistry Program Manager to join the World Medical Mission team in North Wilkesboro, NC. The role leads dental care strategy across campaigns, coordinating staff, volunteers, and partners to deliver compassionate care and Gospel-focused ministry.

The ideal candidate is a dental professional with 5–7 years of experience, strong leadership ability, and a heart for evangelism in challenging international settings.

Qualifications

• Active dental professional with 5–7 years of related dental experience.
• Twelve credit hours of Biblical studies strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead diverse teams in challenging environments while focusing on evangelism.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and operational direction to campaign teams and local/ international volunteers.
• Develop and strengthen global partnerships with host facilities and health ministries.
• Oversee resources including staffing, budgets, equipment, and supplies; ensure compliance with policies.
• Recruit and equip spiritually mature dental volunteers; maintain professional and spiritual integrity.
