Google LLC’s Atlanta-based team is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional programs spanning multiple offices and time zones. You’ll plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders across the company.

The role emphasizes coordinating diverse teams, driving governance, and delivering high‑impact initiatives in a fast‑moving environment with a focus on scalable processes and clear executive updates.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• 2 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution, in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
• 2 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution, in a new product introduction (NPI) role within a data center environment.

Responsabilidades

• Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs including executive and key partner communications.
• Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) whereby improvements such as efficiency and utilization gains are measurable and impactful.
• Lead a governance structure that drives effective executive decision-making.
• Define and manage a program portfolio solving problems that target high business impact for the organization; build alliances with cross-organization and cross-functional stakeholders who have similarly aligned priorities.
• Utilize agentic capabilities to build human in the loop processes that allow our organization to sub-linearly scale with the business.
