Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Program Manager II for Demand Planning at the Google Data Center in Atlanta. The role focuses on labor demand planning and end-to-end forecasting to determine where, when, and how many technicians are needed to deploy and maintain Google’s hyperscale infrastructure.

You will coordinate with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate progress across offices and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in supply chain operations with an emphasis on demand planning, process mapping, integrated planning, supply/demand management, and labor modeling.
• Experience in data analytics and data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and execute predictive labor demand models to forecast where, when, and how many data center technicians are required across Google’s global fleet.
• Participate activelyin and independently lead monthly Integrated Planning and Demand Reviews (IPDRs) for respective demand stripes, and participate in Demand-Supply Reviews (DSR).
• Translate day-to-day business logic, planning rules, and schema definitions into structured functional requirements for engineering teams to build automated solutions.
• Identify, scope, and lead cross-functional improvement programs aimed at advancing Google's labor forecasting capabilities, tool integrations, and operational visibility.
• Leverage modern AI tools and automated workflows to augment scenario simulations, streamline repetitive planning tasks, and improve overall operational efficiency.
