Job summary

Exalta Group is seeking a Global Demand Planner to develop and maintain a reliable global demand planning process supporting the SIOP framework. You will consolidate inputs from Sales, Marketing, and sites, align with master planners, and drive accuracy across legacy and new products.

You will lead the monthly planning cycle, ensure ERP data integrity, and collaborate with key customers and internal stakeholders to improve demand visibility and supply assurance.

Qualifications

• BSBA in Business Management, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in demand planning in med device / discrete manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in demand management methods and forecasting models.
• Familiarity with NPIs and cross-functional product launches.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and planning tools; Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly demand planning cycle across global customers and products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and site leaders to consolidate inputs for the SIOP process.
• Maintain ERP master data integrity and ensure accurate demand signals across sites.
• Develop and maintain demand planning routines with strategic customers to improve visibility.
• Support NPIs demand planning and post-launch stabilization.
• Translate demand into production and procurement plans with site supply chains.
