is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to support global inventory management, forecasting, data analysis, and process improvements. You will create and maintain demand plans, incorporate BI insights, and coordinate with the Executive Team and Global Supply partners to optimize inventory across regions. The role emphasizes collaboration, data integrity, and ongoing improvement of forecasting and inventory strategies, with a hybrid work setting and office presence in Carol

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Three years of demand planning, inventory planning or related experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; ability to develop and manage key reports using BI tools or similar.
• Ability to develop new ideas to improve forecasting, planning and management solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional environment.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
• Demonstrated team or project leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enables achievement of overall business and supply chain goals via reliable demand plans and forecast accuracy improvements.
• Performs advanced data analysis and creates reporting to support Demand Planning & Analytics and Global Supply teams.
• Leads collaborative forecast and inventory planning meetings (S&OP) to generate consensus demand forecasts.
• Proposes and maintains adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on demand and market trends; tracks accuracy.
• Optimizes inventory levels by planning parameters, sourcing decisions, and replenishment rules.
• Supports creation and revision of internal material specifications, bills of material and routings.
• Maintains data integrity using DI inconsistency reports.
• Leads/supports cross-functional projects for productivity, inventory turns, lead times, service levels, profitability and revenue growth.
• Supports execution of software and systems related to forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management and recommends enhancements.
• Provides input to develop inventory strategies for existing and new items and product phase-outs.
• Provides administrative support for supply chain activities and departmental initiatives.
