Job summary

Goldman Sachs seeks a seasoned workforce management leader to drive high-volume Hiring and resource planning for the Marcus Delivery team globally. You will shape short and long-term workforce plans, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure resourcing aligns with growth and service levels.

Strong leadership, forecasting, analytics, and executive communication are essential as you lead multi-disciplinary efforts across the US, UK, and India, delivering scalable hiring processes and KPI

Qualifications

• Degree educated or relevant experience.
• 5–7 years managing workforce resource plans, including predictive resource modeling, execution, and executive communication.
• 5+ years leadership experience, managing and developing a team.
• Experience in project management including process design, improvement, execution and KPI reporting.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and maintaining executive presence.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
• Strong judgment and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Strategy: develop, maintain and execute short and long-term workforce plans to meet growth demands.
• Improvement: identify areas for forecasting/hiring process enhancements to streamline and optimize.
• Collaboration: partner with Delivery, Finance, Marketing and HCM to meet business plans and service levels.
• Reporting: provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on forecasting, resource plan and hiring pipelines.
• Risk Management: manage resource plan execution, identify blockers and optimize processes.
• Operational process management: ensure system updates, roles opened and sourcing align with resource plan.
