Job summary

ViaPlus is seeking a Project Manager in Plano, TX to drive end-to-end delivery of high-volume mobility solutions. You will define processes, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes for our enterprise clients.

The role requires 3–5 years of project delivery experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Project and MS Office. PMP or PMI-ACP certification is preferred and experience with cross-site collaboration is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in Technology or Management preferred.
• Three to five years of project delivery experience.
• PMP/PMI-ACP or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Strong MS Project and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and define processes; deploy best practices.
• Oversee delivery from scoping to acceptance with clients and teams.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide status reports to senior management on project progress.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and customers.
• Develop resource plans, staffing allocations, and ramp schedules.
• Monitor risk, change requests, and delivery performance.
