State Street Global Delivery Data Operations seeks a Managing Director to lead design, commercialization, implementation, and operation of enterprise data services. This executive will convert trusted data capabilities into scalable client and business solutions delivering measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the Head of Data Operations, the leader will oversee a global organization responsible for data service implementation, solution adoption, and continuous service improvement, combining data

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in finance, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in Data Management, Operations, or Product management.
Experience leading data services within financial services is preferred.

Mansioni

Define and execute the strategy for last-mile and commercial data operations.
Partner with Product, Sales, and Client teams to translate client demand into data-service propositions.
Establish performance measures covering adoption, client outcomes, service quality, financial contribution, productivity, and operating leverage.
Lead data solutioning, implementation, and adoption for complex client requirements.
Own the reliable delivery and operational performance of last-mile data services across products, clients, and geographies.
Modernize service delivery through automation, orchestration, reusable data products, and scalable processes.
