Sigma Defense seeks a Senior International Agreements Specialist in Alexandria, VA, to lead development, negotiation, and administration of international defense partnerships. You will coordinate with legal, policy, and technical experts to advance RDT&E, FMS, and security cooperation initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years of relevant experience, U.S. citizen status, and an ability to handle complex regulatory frameworks including ITAR and EAR.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in international agreements or related fields.
• Proven expertise in developing, negotiating, and managing international agreements.
• Strong understanding of U.S. and international laws governing defense cooperation.
• Detail-oriented document review, analysis, and strategic problem-solving.
• Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders, including legal and policy experts.

Responsabilités

• Develop, negotiate, review, and staff key bilateral and multilateral defense agreements.
• Coordinate international defense cooperation activities and RDT&E agreements.
• Draft precise agreement language and negotiate technical provisions.
• Maintain milestone tracking, action item management, and status reporting.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, and other statutory authorities.
