Job summary

SSI Technologies, LLC is seeking a Global Product Manager to own the global strategy for the DEF sensor portfolio, including DEF quality, level and temperature sensing for SCR aftertreatment systems. The role drives revenue growth and market leadership across on-highway, off-highway, agricultural, construction and marine applications.

You will manage the product roadmap, pricing, business cases and lifecycle, and you will connect customers, sales, engineering, operations and executive leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing product and market growth strategies.
• Experience managing products through the full lifecycle.
• Experience evaluating market opportunities and developing business cases.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Ten (10)+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Strategic Marketing, Business Development, or related function.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global product and market strategies that support growth and profitability.
• Own the product roadmap, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive results.
• Translate market needs into product plans and commercialization initiatives.
• Guide investments using market intelligence and financial data.
