Job summary

Cloudflare, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to manage global sourcing for data center infrastructure. You will shape supplier strategies, evaluate vendor capabilities, and drive cost-effective, high-quality deployments across regions.

You will collaborate with Infrastructure, DC Operations, Network Engineering, and Legal teams to ensure compliant, scalable, and cost-optimised vendor engagements. Strong negotiation and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; 8+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement.
• Experience in data center infrastructure, construction, or critical facilities.
• Proven ability to negotiate master service agreements and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for data center infrastructure.
• Lead end-to-end supplier onboarding, contract governance, and pricing frameworks.
• Design supplier performance scorecards and manage risk across regions.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, legal, and finance to align requirements.
• Drive vendor diversity, capacity planning, and total cost of ownership improvements.
