Job summary

Cloudflare, Inc. is seeking a seasoned sourcing professional to lead global procurement for data center infrastructure.

You will shape strategies for structured cabling, power systems, cooling, containment, and commissioning services, while managing supplier relationships across regions. You will evaluate technical and commercial proposals, negotiate favorable terms, and drive cost optimization, risk management, and supplier diversity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement within data center infrastructure or critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of power, cooling, cabling, and cage/space fitouts.
• Experience negotiating complex master service agreements and SOWs.
• Proven ability to manage supplier onboarding and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for data center infrastructure categories.
• Negotiate master service agreements, statements of work, and pricing frameworks.
• Lead supplier onboarding from identification to contract execution.
• Design supplier performance scorecards and conduct reviews.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, DC Operations, and Legal teams on governance.
