Job summary

Modine, a global leader in thermal management, is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Global Data Center segment finance team. You will assist with consolidations, prepare financial summaries, and drive reporting improvements across the DC segment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 4+ years of experience, and strong skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and ERP systems; MBA/CPA/CMA is a plus. US GAAP knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• MBA/ CPA / CMA Certifications a plus.
• 4 or more years of financial experience.
• Strong skillsets in areas of financial analysis, forecasting, and driving business results.
• Hands-on system experience with an integrated ERP system and a global consolidation system.
• Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Monthly forecast and annual planning
• Support standard reporting requirements in collaboration with the Senior FP&A Manager
• Drive accountability over processes and ensure timely submission of deliverables to segment.
• Support administrator for consolidation system. Provide assistance to full segment team for troubleshooting and other consolidation support.
• Compile and analyze financial data and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
• Provide 80/20 financial support, including the analysis of financial statements, data analytics, performance reporting and tracking.
• Assist as a go-to resource for ad-hoc analyses and reporting needs. Support utilizing advanced technologies to develop and enhance reporting.
