The role emphasizes US GAAP compliance, internal controls, and process improvement, interacting with cross-functional teams and business leaders.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting and 3+ years of technical accounting experience, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a technical accounting environment.
• Knowledge of design and execution of internal controls.
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Disciplined self-starter with ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support monthly close processes and prepare journal entries.
• Analyze account activity and explain variances.
• Research complex accounting matters and provide recommendations.
• Improve accounting processes and automation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Support Governance, Risk & Compliance activities.
• Provide cash flow and SEC disclosure information.
• Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and cross-functional partners.
• Assist auditors during quarterly reviews and year-end audits.
