Job summary

You will lead strategic portfolio planning, deliver complex strategies, and align property decisions with business goals. You will supervise staff, mentor teams, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across disciplines while presenting results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to exchange sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Build real estate strategies and consulting for enterprise accounts and high-profile clients.
