Job summary

3M is seeking a Global Data Synchronization Manager to partner with the Master Data Management Governance Director and lead global GTIN efforts across regions. You will drive external benchmarking, governance, and continuous improvement of 3M’s Global Data Synchronization strategy.

You will manage a Global Council on GTIN / Data Synchronization, lead registration with GS1, track global requirements, and push for right-sizing GTIN inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or engineering field (completed and verified before start).
• Seven (7) years of operations management experience, preferably with GS1 in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Three (3) years of experience working with global teams.
• Three (3) years of strong understanding of process management and operational governance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Governance Director and GPO for MDM to ensure consistent execution and governance of Global Data Synchronization processes, strategy and improvements.
• Lead the Global Council on GTIN / Data Synchronization and manage registration of all SKUs with GS1 and other bodies.
• Drive Global Requirements Tracking and optimize GTIN Inventory Management across regions.
• Develop a hopper for Global Data Synchronization improvements and execute projects to deliver KPI impact.
