Job summary

NFL is seeking a Senior Manager, International Data & Strategy to lead the international data model, partnering with League and Club stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions and program operations that drive informed decisions across global markets.

You will oversee data strategy, governance, and enterprise-scale initiatives with 6–8+ years of experience, translating business needs into actionable requirements and leading cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
6-8+ years of progressive experience in data strategy, product management, data governance, or technology leadership.
Proven track record leading enterprise-scale data and analytics programs including cloud platforms and governance.
Strong knowledge of privacy, regulatory, and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, consent management).

Responsibilities

Leadership: Drive cross-functional alignment and adoption of the international managed model.
Program Management: Oversee day-to-day operations for onboarding, curation, fulfillment, reporting and insights.
Customer Partnership: Collaborate with clubs to capture requirements and translate into initiatives.
Data Product Architecture: Translate needs into scalable data/platform requirements for segmentation and analytics.
Operational Excellence: Establish standardized processes and optimize workflows.
