Job summary

nVent is seeking an Associate Director of Quality, Data Solutions (DS) to shape and execute the DS quality strategy. You will drive quality across programs, sites, and functions, embedding a culture of prevention and continuous improvement while partnering with DS Engineering and Operations.

You will lead QMS governance to ISO 9001 compliance, manage audits and CAPA closure, and champion data-driven quality improvements that scale with DS growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of leadership in Quality, Operations, or Engineering.
• Deep expertise in quality systems and regulatory requirements.
• Proven success leading enterprise level quality initiatives.
• Strong execution discipline and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute DS quality strategy across programs and sites.
• Lead QMS to ISO 9001 compliance and tool integration.
• Drive root cause analysis and preventives; strengthen control plans.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to embed quality in design and launch.
• Own DS customer quality metrics and continuous improvement.
