Job summary

You will drive strategic roadmaps, grow the account, engage senior stakeholders, mentor global teams, and deliver compelling data and generative AI solutions using Genie and Claude.

Qualifications

• Lead a data portfolio comprising 100+ professionals with 10+ years of overall experience.
• Experience in a Global Delivery Model (GDM) across the US and India with data concepts incl. Data Engineering, Data Quality, Data Governance, and Databricks.
• Understand customer data strategy and develop a strategic roadmap aligned to business objectives and account growth.
• Drive account growth by identifying opportunities and delivering technically and financially compelling solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of Azure data components and Azure Databricks.
• Experience with Generative AI solutions using Genie and Claude.
• Engage with senior customer stakeholders to present solutions and address business challenges.
• Lead and mentor 100+ professionals globally and ensure high customer satisfaction and delivery.
