Swift is seeking a senior database architect in Virginia to design high-performance, resilient data platforms across on‑prem, hybrid and cloud environments. You will lead governance, set architectural standards and mentor teams while collaborating with engineering, DevOps and business stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS/IS and 10+ years in global database architecture with Oracle, Cassandra and cloud services (OCI/AWS/Azure).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or IS required.
• At least 10 years of database architecture and platform engineering experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle technologies and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA compliance.
