Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or Information Management.
• Strong Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Energy sector experience.
• Expertise in global data management standards and data quality frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, MS Access, data analytics and reporting.
• Strong customer management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience leading global teams and large-scale project data.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data management activities across engineering, operations, and capital projects.
• Establish and enforce data governance, quality, validation, and master data management processes.
• Ensure compliance with global data standards, client requirements, and organizational policies.
• Act as the primary interface for customers, contractors, and key stakeholders on data-related initiatives.
• Manage data collection, integration, cleansing, migration, and handover activities.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI and SQL.
• Drive data quality improvement programs and monitor governance metrics.
• Lead and mentor data analysts, data controllers, and project data teams.
• Support digital transformation, automation, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely data delivery.
