Job summary

Sunny Days Entertainment is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the United States. You will enter, update, and maintain data across systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability for cross-functional processes.

You'll collaborate with various departments, handle export/import paperwork, and support ERP workflows, with SAP Business One experience preferred. This is a full-time on-site role with PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Must multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with global clients and cross-border transactions.
• Excellent communication, proactive and self-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
• ERP experience required, SAP Business One preferred.
• Full-time on-site, 40 hours M-F.
• Paid time off including vacation, sick, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data across systems.
• Process sales orders and ensure timely shipping.
• Review shipping documentation, including export/import paperwork.
• Coordinate with international shipping partners and global clients.
