Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical or infrastructure program management delivering complex cross-functional programs.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end execution with schedule, dependencies, risk, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, global infrastructure programs and break them into durable, milestone-driven plans.
• Build integrated end-to-end schedules linking construction progress to commissioning readiness and GPU/cluster handover.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigations to closure.
• Coordinate cross-team execution across time zones and vendors.
• Implement scalable delivery mechanisms to increase speed and consistency.
