Job summary

Oracle is expanding its data center footprint and seeks an IC5 Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery from construction start to commissioning and handover to operations.

You will lead cross-functional teams across construction, network, hardware, power/thermal, and procurement, driving standardized processes and executive visibility. This role requires strong communication and program-control skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technical Program Management or similar roles delivering cross-functional programs.
• Strong schedule, dependencies, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior leadership in print and speech.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for data center build and fit-out programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams through requirements, schedules, and change control.
• Drive alignment across Construction, Engineering, Network, and Operations.
• Run program mechanisms: weekly reviews, risk/issue management, dashboards.
• Ensure readiness for handover with runbooks, testing, and ownership transfers.
