Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager II for Mission Critical at its Data Centers to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs across electrical, mechanical, and controls domains. You will own policy execution, build training curricula, coordinate regional trainers, analyze trends, and report improvements while traveling up to 30% to support a global fleet.

You will collaborate with the DCIA team to ensure reliability and safety across the data center fleet, driving scalable improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management.
Experience in critical data center operations or mission critical experience.
Experience in human performance improvement.

Responsibilities

Manage and evolve the global critical work process program and policy, ensuring alignment across all equipment domains including Electrical, Mechanical, and Controls.
Field and prioritize program bugs, driving the development of tools and processes that optimize critical work execution.
Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula, including instructor-led materials and LMS modules.
Coordinate and manage regional trainers to deliver training sessions to the global fleet, ensuring consistent adoption of program standards.
Translate critical operation event trends and Data Center Facility Availability data into measurable reporting, scalable action items and policy updates to prevent incident recurrence.
