Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in communications, public relations, or public affairs, with a focus on social media.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted social media strategy for hyperlocal U.S. markets where Google operates data centers.
• Manage the external social media agency and oversee landscape monitoring, paid social, asset production, and community management.
• Review and approve copy, visuals, and engagement strategies to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Ensure activations align with Google's narratives around innovation, affordability, environmental protection, and community benefits.
• Establish KPIs and real-time sentiment metrics with the agency and report insights to leadership.
